. state university has a new development in the crash that killed actor paul walker 18 year old jameson witty was arrested for allegedly swiping a piece of the wrecked porsche from a tow truck. the truck was removing the wreckage from the street where the accident happened in santa clarita on saturday. police say witty grabbed the part from the porsche when the tow truck stopped at a traffic light. the driver called police. police did recover the part. and a second suspect is expected to turn himself in. new york city's metro-north railroad is already getting hit with multimillion-dollar claims over the deadly train derailment. but legal experts say it will be difficult to decide whether or not to charge the driver behind the crash. train operator william rockefeller says he fell into a days before the wreck. and legal authority's a driving drowsy isn't necessarily a crime. an attorney representing two of the surviving passengers says his clients want the company behind the train to be held accountable. for not having safety features that could have prevented the accident. how the seven
